Our technical team is available around the clock to help you resolve any problems. With a dense network of service centres, we guarantee a response time of as few as 4 hours at any location in Poland. We offer warranties with optional extension up to 10 years, depending on the type of work and intended use of the device, as well as very favourable service contracts valid throughout the entire period of use. When using our services you are guaranteed that devices purchased from us will be covered by the global CAT® system warranty. It means that even outside Poland they will be provided with professional service care as part of warranty repair.
We offer a comprehensive scope of activities related to warranty and post-warranty repair, including delivery of new or regenerated original Caterpillar parts. We have two spare parts warehouses in Poland (at Łomianki and Poznań), as well as a central warehouse in Belgium. As deliveries to Polish warehouses are made on a daily basis, we are able to provide parts that are not readily available from Polish warehouses.
We offer on-site visits of service technicians on request, as well as ongoing servicing contracts. As part of a contract, our technicians will carry out inspections and repairs as previously agreed. A number of renowned companies from all over Poland have already taken advantage of our offer. On a constant basis we cooperate with hypermarket chains and with many users of strategic buildings, e.g. embassies or power plants. Our unique spare part supply system and efficient service enable uninterrupted operation of many institutions for which it is crucial to secure faultless power supply.
We provide retail sales of original spare parts – proven product with short delivery times available at favourable discounts. As a representative of Caterpillar we guarantee the availability of spare parts for up to 15 years following the end of production of the original model.
